1. Where to Access the Delete Option
You may request deletion of your ProPop user or influencer account at any time. In the ProPop app, go to the Home Page, open the left drawer menu, select More Options, and choose Delete Account.
2. Temporary Deletion Period
When deletion is requested, your account first enters a temporary delete status for 90 days. During this period, your account may have limited visibility and access. You may log in during the 90-day period to reactivate your account without creating a new account.
3. Permanent Deletion After 90 Days
If you do not reactivate your account within the 90-day temporary delete period, your account will be permanently deleted. Subject to applicable law and legal obligations, we will delete or de-identify information associated with the account.
4. Pending Transactions and Payouts
Deleting or temporarily deleting your account does not cancel or waive pending transactions related to campaigns, collaborations, merchandise, or payouts. Eligible pending transactions may continue to be processed and settled.
5. Retention of Limited Information
- We may retain limited information to comply with laws and regulations, including tax and financial reporting.
- We may retain limited information to detect, investigate, or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- We may retain limited information to resolve disputes or enforce our terms as permitted or required by law.
6. Technical Delay
There may be a technical delay between your deletion request, the start of temporary delete status, and completion of permanent deletion and data removal from active and backup systems.
