ProPop is a two-sided marketplace connecting influencers who offer promotions, greetings, collaborations, and merchandise with users and brands who purchase influencer services or merchandise. ProPop acts as a facilitator and marketplace platform and is not an employer, agent, or representative of influencers.

If you are under the age of 18, you should use the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring the activities of minors on the app.

To use ProPop, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. Influencers may be required to provide additional information including legal name, address, payment and payout details, tax information, and identity verification documents.

• Influencers are responsible for service descriptions, pricing, delivery, communication, and legal compliance.
• ProPop does not guarantee the quality, availability, or outcome of influencer services.
• Users and influencers must communicate professionally and follow platform rules.

Influencers may list physical products for sale through the app. ProPop provides tools for product listing, order tracking, and payment collection. Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the app flow, applicable law, and these terms.

ProPop may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe and Razorpay, to process payments. ProPop may deduct platform commission, payment gateway charges, taxes, penalties, or adjustments where applicable before releasing payouts.

Refunds and cancellations depend on the service, merchandise status, delivery stage, applicable law, and dispute outcome. ProPop may assist with disputes at its discretion but is not obligated to guarantee refunds unless required by law or platform policy.

• Do not share personal contact details to bypass the platform.
• Do not exchange payment information outside ProPop.
• Do not send spam, abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate content.
• ProPop may monitor communications as permitted by law to enforce terms and ensure safety.

Influencers retain ownership of uploaded content but grant ProPop a license to use, display, and promote that content within the app and related promotional materials. All ProPop platform content is protected by intellectual property laws.

• Using the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing others.
• Bypassing ProPop’s payment system.
• Uploading infringing, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.
• Interfering with platform operation or security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProPop and its associated companies are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The app is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind.

ProPop may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. You may request account deletion subject to applicable retention obligations.

These terms are governed by applicable laws based on user location and company operations, including United States, Indian, and Canadian laws where applicable.
