Messaging Consent Policy

How ProPop uses SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging for account, security, and service-related communication.

1. Types of Messages You May Receive

  • Account verification and two-factor authentication, including OTPs and login confirmations.
  • Account notifications such as password resets, account changes, and important updates.
  • Order and transaction updates for influencer services and merchandise.
  • Customer care and support replies.
  • Fraud alerts and security alerts.

2. No Promotional SMS

ProPop does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. Any SMS you receive, unless clearly stated otherwise, is strictly for security, account, or service-related purposes.

3. Messaging Channels and Providers

We may send messages through SMS, in-app notifications, and mobile push notifications. We may use third-party providers, including but not limited to Twilio and SMSCountry, to deliver SMS and related communications. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply.

4. Consent and Opt-Out

By providing your phone number and using the app, you consent to receive the service-related messages described in this policy. You may manage certain notification preferences within your device or app settings. Some essential messages, including OTPs, critical security alerts, and fraud notifications, cannot be fully disabled.

5. Data Use and Privacy

Your phone number and messaging-related data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used for security, account management, and service delivery.

6. International Messaging

ProPop may send messages to users in India, the United States, Canada, and other regions where the app is available, subject to applicable local laws.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Messaging Consent Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
