These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Propop mobile application (“App”) and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using Propop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of the Platform

Propop is a two-sided marketplace connecting:

  • Influencers who offer promotions, greetings, collaborations, and merchandise
  • Users/Brands who purchase influencer services or merchandise

Propop provides, among other features:

  • User & Influencer registration
  • Influencer promotion listings
  • Merchandise listings and order tracking
  • Chat between users and influencers
  • Payment processing and payout distribution
  • Rating & review system
  • Multi-language support

Propop acts as a facilitator and marketplace platform. Propop is not an employer, agent, or representative of influencers.

2. Eligibility

Propop is available to users of all ages, including minors. If you are under the age of 18, you should use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring the activities of minors on the App.

3. Account Registration

To use Propop, you must create an account by providing your phone number and selecting your user type (Influencer or User/Brand). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

Influencers may be required to provide additional information, including:

  • Legal name
  • Address
  • Payment and payout details
  • Tax information
  • Identity verification documents

Propop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Influencer Services

Influencers may create and offer:

  • Promotion packages
  • Greeting services
  • Collaboration offerings
  • Other custom services

Influencers are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and completeness of their service descriptions
  • Setting and updating prices
  • Delivering services as described and on time
  • Communicating professionally with users
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Propop does not guarantee the quality, availability, or outcome of influencer services and is not liable for any issues arising from such services.

5. Merchandise Sales

Influencers may list physical products for sale through the App. Propop provides tools for product listing, order tracking, and payment collection.

Once an item is delivered to the user, there are no returns or refunds, except as explicitly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

6. Payments & Payouts

Propop uses third-party payment processors, including Stripe and Razorpay, to process payments.

6.1 Payment Flow

  • Users pay Propop at the time of purchase for influencer services or merchandise.
  • Propop holds the funds until completion is confirmed or reasonably determined.
  • Propop deducts platform commission and applicable taxes.
  • Remaining funds are released to influencers periodically (e.g., monthly or bi-monthly).

6.2 Platform Fees

  • Influencers agree that Propop may charge a commission or platform fee per transaction.
  • Users are not charged additional service fees unless clearly stated.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

7.1 Influencer Services

Propop does not provide refunds for influencer services. Any disputes or dissatisfaction must be resolved directly between the user and the influencer. Propop may assist at its discretion but is not obligated to.

7.2 Merchandise

  • Users may cancel an order only if it has not yet moved to “Shipping”.
  • No refunds or returns after shipping or delivery, except where required by law.

8. Chat & Communication

The App provides an in-app chat feature for communication between users and influencers regarding services and merchandise.

Users and influencers agree not to:

  • Share personal contact details to bypass the platform
  • Exchange payment information outside Propop
  • Send spam, abusive, or inappropriate content

Propop may monitor chat content as permitted by law to enforce these Terms and ensure safety.

9. Ratings & Reviews

Users may leave ratings and reviews. By submitting a review, you grant Propop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your review.

Propop may remove or edit reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant, or violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Propop is owned by RN Innovations LLC and RNINNOVATIONS PVT LTD or licensed to them and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Influencers retain ownership of uploaded content but grant Propop a license to use it within the App and for promotional purposes.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Bypass Propop’s payment system
  • Upload infringing, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content
  • Interfere with the operation of the App

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propop and its associated companies are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

13. Termination

Propop may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

You may request account deletion at any time, subject to data retention obligations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

  • United States laws for U.S. users
  • Indian laws for users in India
  • Canadian federal and provincial laws for users in Canada

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts unless otherwise required by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
