1. Types of Messages You May Receive
By registering for and using Propop, you consent to receive the following types of messages, where applicable:
- Account verification & two‑factor authentication (2FA): OTPs, verification codes, and login confirmations.
- Account notifications: Password resets, account changes, and important account‑related updates.
- Order & transaction updates: Confirmations, status updates, and completion alerts for influencer services and merchandise.
- Customer care & support: Replies from our support team regarding your inquiries.
- Fraud alerts: Notifications about suspicious activity or potential fraud.
- Security alerts: Messages about security incidents, policy changes, or required actions.
2. No Promotional SMS
Propop does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. Any SMS you receive, unless clearly stated otherwise, is strictly for security, account, or service‑related purposes.
3. Messaging Channels and Providers
We may send messages through one or more of the following channels:
- SMS text messages to the phone number associated with your account
- In‑app notifications within the Propop mobile application
- Push notifications via mobile operating systems (e.g., iOS, Android)
We may use third‑party providers, including but not limited to Twilio and SMSCountry, to deliver SMS and related communications. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
4. Consent and Opt‑Out
By providing your phone number and using the App, you consent to receive the types of messages described in this Policy. You may manage certain notification preferences within your device or App settings, such as disabling non‑essential push notifications.
However, some messages are essential and cannot be fully disabled, including:
- 2FA and verification codes
- Critical security alerts
- Important fraud‑related notifications

6. International Messaging
Propop may send messages to users located in India, the United States, Canada, and other regions where the App is available. By using the App, you consent to receiving messages from us and our providers regardless of your country of residence, subject to applicable local laws.

We may update this Messaging Consent Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
